SuperSorbent Moisture Absorber - 500gm

High performance desiccant created for shipping containers, perfect for wardrobes and larger spaces with damp problems.

This is a high-capacity moisture absorber for use in packaging and storage. It will absorb up to 280% of its own weight in moisture as it turns from a powder to a gel. This is in contrast to silica gel that can absorb 20-40% of its weight. Ideal for use in enclosed storage spaces such as closets, cars, boats, caravans & storage areas. SuperSorbent uses a spun-bound Tyvek material that only allows moisture to travel one-way, into the pouch, preventing leaks once the contents have turned to a gel. 500gm SuperSorbent strips are effective in enclosed spaces up to 4m³ and will last up approximately 2-4 months depending on environmental conditions (airflow, humidity & temperature levels).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Step One:

• Remove the SuperSorbent strip from moisture barrier bag

• Recommended amount: Approx. 1 - 2 strips for every 4m³

• Longevity of SuperSorbent will vary depending on environmental conditions (airflow, humidity & temperature levels)

• For best results, use SuperSorbent in enclosed spaces (minimal air exchange)

Step Two:

• Place SuperSorbent in the space to be protected

• Replace SuperSorbent when it feels like a gel and weighs approximately 1.45kg - 1.9kg

• Dispose with regular waste and replace with a new SuperSorbent strip
