Oxygen Absorbers

Oxygen absorbers are comprised of powdered irons which work to eliminate oxygen from inside packaged environments, reducing the need for additives, gas flushing and vacuum sealing. By removing oxygen, the harmful effects of mould, mildew, bacteria and insects can be prevented, thus extending the shelf life of food and pharmaceuticals.

Shelf life in original (unopened) packaging is 2-3 years.
